Join Sean O’Leary in his classes all may as her investigates the stucture and alignment of common hip opening postures striving for a balanced and thorough asana practice. You will learn how the hips transmit weight from the spine through the feet and how happy hips equal a happy back. Join him Tuesdays 7:30 for Gentle Yoga, Fridays 9am for Hatha Yoga and Saturdays 8:30am for Hatha yoga all may.
