Yoga practice can be extremely helpful in preparing your body and mind for labour and delivery as well as keeping you comfortable and relaxed throughout your pregnancy.

This is also a great opportunity to connect with other moms, share your experiences, and build lasting friendships.

In addition, there is some education around birthing positions, tips and tricks to help prepare your body and your mind for labour, and resources to support you during pregnancy and after.
