Mom and Baby yoga is a joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies.

Bond with your babe while creating a community with other new moms.

This yoga series is a gentle re-introduction to yoga and movement with your little one as you regain strength and flexibility after giving birth.

Emphasis will be on posture, core strength / pelvic floor, as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.

This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are six weeks post delivery or six weeks post Caesarean with a doctor or midwife's clearance.

New Early Crawlers Class Tuesdays!

This class is perfect for moms who are transitioning out of the newborn phase (and our Mom & Baby pre-crawling session on Wednesdays) but still want to stay connected with other moms and their little ones in similar stages of development.

In this 6 week session, we’ll blend gentle yoga postures with movement, stretching, and strengthening exercises that will benefit both mom and baby. Expect a variety of poses that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and releasing tension. We’ll also incorporate playful interactions with your baby, encouraging bonding while promoting their physical development in a fun, supportive environment. This class is a wonderful way for moms to engage in mindful movement, reconnect with their bodies, and enjoy quality time with their little ones. Whether you're looking to regain strength, increase mobility, or simply enjoy a peaceful, fun moment with your baby, you’ll find both a physical and emotional connection to the practice.
