Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation with our Chair Yoga for Healthy Aging Yoga Series. This class offers all the benefits of a traditional yoga session without the physical strain of getting down onto the floor or putting excessive weight on shoulders and wrists.
Incorporating a variety of poses to enhance posture, strengthen muscles, and promote joint flexibility, this class is tailored for everyBODY and conducted at a slower pace. You'll experience the combined benefits of mindfulness, yoga, and breath work, contributing to better coordination and mobility. Guided healing relaxation at the end of each session ensures a soothing experience to calm your nervous system and release tension, making it an ideal choice for stress reduction and increased joint mobility.
Join us for a class designed to be both beneficial and fun, where no previous yoga experience is needed.
