Rehydrate your body, release tension, and restore fluid movement through mindful movement and myofascial self-massage.
Do you ever feel stiff, tight, or restricted in your body—even when you’re stretching or exercising regularly?
Join Katarina for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to help you release tension, restore fluid movement, and rehydrate your body from the inside out.
Through a blend of self-massage techniques using massage balls, foam rollers and wooden dowels, you’ll learn how to stimulate and care for your myofascial system—the connective tissue network that supports your entire body. When this system becomes dehydrated or restricted, it can lead to stiffness, reduced mobility, and discomfort.
In this workshop, you’ll explore gentle yet powerful techniques that help:
• release deeply held muscular tension
• improve circulation and mobility
• rehydrate fascia and connective tissues
• support recovery from repetitive movements or long periods of sitting
• increase body awareness throughout the entire body—from head to toes
While we often think hydration simply means drinking more water, true tissue hydration also requires movement. Sedentary habits and repetitive activities like running, cycling, or long hours at a desk can leave tissues feeling tight and depleted. By combining mindful movement with targeted self-massage, you’ll learn simple practices that help restore elasticity, improve recovery, and keep your body moving with greater ease.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga students. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open in your body, and equipped with practical tools you can continue using at home to support your long-term well-being.
Discover how these practices can transform your well-being and leave you feeling revitalized.
