The Self Care Practice is a 3-hour workshop with Mikki designed to help you slow down, feel grounded, and reconnect with yourself. Through grounding asanas, pranayama, and meditation, you’ll explore what self-care means, release self-judgment, and create simple practices to support your overall wellbeing. This workshop is an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and make meaningful changes that help you move forward with more balance, awareness, and loving kindness.
