Ready to deepen your practice and bring fresh inspiration to the poses you love? Join Akshey for a 2-hour Iyengar yoga workshop designed for students of all levels—from curious beginners to experienced practitioners and teachers.
Rooted in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra 2.46 — Sthira Sukham Āsanam — this workshop explores how to find both steadiness (sthira) and ease (sukha) in every posture. Using the support of the wall and yoga chair, you'll refine alignment, build strength, and experience greater freedom and balance in your asana practice.
Take home practical techniques you can integrate into your own routine or share with your students. Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or expanding your teaching skills, this workshop offers grounded guidance to help elevate your practice.

Akshey Iyengar Yoga Teacher
Akshey is an E-RYT 500 hours yoga teacher with over 10 years experience teaching yoga asanas to yoga practitioners and yoga teachers from across the continents. Most of his yoga training has been done under the tutelage of yogis and monks in mountains of the holy Himalayas.
Akshey's teaching method incorporates the philosophical and anatomical aspects of yoga practice which makes his instruction profound and effective. He believes that there is no "advanced" yoga asana, however, there could be levels of advanced work in any yoga asana.
Akshey is of the view that the discipline of yoga is meant for anyone who wants to tread the path of self discovery and evolution and he looks forward to being a part of your yoga journey.
