In today's fast-paced world, stress and tension can often leave our nervous systems in a constant state of activation, making it difficult to find balance, rest and relaxation. This soothing workshop will guide you through restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra to support deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and nervous system regulation.
What to Expect:
We will begin with a gentle, restorative yoga practice that uses supportive props and slow, mindful movements to help release physical tension, calm the body, and invite a sense of safety and ease. As we move into the deep stillness of Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation practice), you'll be invited to explore a state of conscious relaxation, where the mind and body can reset, restore, and find balance.
Benefits:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Enhanced body awareness and relaxation
Improved sleep quality
Deeper connection to the present moment
Support for nervous system health
Join us and give your nervous system the care and rest it deserves.
