Annaliisa is a seasoned hormone nutritionist, licensed acupuncturist in British Columbia, and certified yoga teacher. Her holistic approach brings together food, movement, mindfulness, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to support self-empowered healing. She graduated with Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and has continued her studies in digestive health, hormonal health, functional testing, and TCM dietary therapy. In 2022, she graduated with Distinction from Kwantlen Polytechnic University as a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist.
Annaliisa offers acupuncture, cupping, and dietary therapy in the South Surrey area, with a focus on stress management, pain relief, hormone health, and longevity.
