Get out of your head and into your body! Come challenge your limitation and explore the physicality of a strong class. This series of 4 strong flow and strength-based classes will challenge you and deliver a new and confident understanding of poses, actions, and transitions common in flow practice. You can expect to increase your endurance, build strength progressively, tone your core, and burn off some stream.
Each week will have a different focus and offer a new and unique approach to practice each week.
*previous yoga experience recommended. Not suitable if you have injuries or limitations.
