Join Kerri Saturday, December 10th from 2-4pm for an afternoon of gentle yoga stretches, fully supported restorative yoga postures, calming breathing and relaxation techniques all for a meditative and rejuvenating experience. This afternoon workshop will emphasize replenishing our vital energies (prana in Sanskrit) by relieving tensions and stress that can creep up on us in winter and the holiday season. We all have felt the seasonal tiredness that comes with the shorter days of fall. Allowing ourselves deep rest in yoga, breathing, and relaxation we can restore our inner resources to feel whole again. Kerri will help students find a sense of inner balance and calm by using bolsters, blankets, chairs, and other yoga props for a unique blended gentle and restorative yoga class. Give yourself the gift of self-care and unwind with a grounding practice that will leave you with a sense of peace and renewal.
