This is the second healthy back yoga inspired mini-workshop with Sean.
Saturday, May 27th from 2-3:30pm Sean will lead a workshop on the anatomy and functional movement of the lower back and entire posterior (back) body. This gentle yoga class will leave you feeling great and is appropriate for all levels and beginners. Come explore your back body with supportive and adaptive yoga postures. Your back will thank you.
