Sean is excited to be offering this deep dive into the anatomy and function of the iliopsoas complex and the front anterior body with this Healthy Back Yoga inspired mini-workshop.
This drop-in workshop is May 20th from 2-3:30pm and will focus on gentle yoga to open and release the front surface of the body. Come learn about your hip flexors, the iliopsoas, the abdomen and enjoy the benefits of practicing postures that target these areas. Space is limited so make sure to sign up with your existing class card, drop in class, or membership.
This is also the perfect break for those participating in our May Challenge.
