Sarah Martinez: Meet Sarah, a certified Yoga Teacher, Holistic Coach, and Reiki Practitioner. With a burning passion for yoga and personal development, Sarah is dedicated to guiding her clients toward harmony and inner peace. She brings extensive experience from running multiple group events and providing personalized 1:1 sessions. Through her deep understanding of yoga and holistic practices, Sarah empowers her students to enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Her coaching and yoga sessions are tailored to each individual, incorporating breathwork, meditation, and movement techniques. With her compassionate and attentive approach, Sarah enables clients to overcome challenges, reduce stress, and elevate their overall quality of life. With Sarah as your guide, you can expect a profound transformation, increased self-awareness, and a lasting sense of well-being.

Shalom Wiebe is a Certified Therapeutic Harpist and registered social worker. Her work centres around holding space for people to reconnect with themselves, experience rest, and move towards balance.

She draws on her life-long love of music and extensive training as a musician and therapeutic harpist to weave together curated restorative music experiences for people of all ages and walks of life. Shalom provides therapeutic music for individuals and groups, including in schools, hospice, corporate wellness contexts, and community service agencies.
