Session One: Immerse yourself in a 2.5-hour asana class that focuses on deepening your yoga practice with the use of chairs, straps, and bolsters. This session will cover both standing and seated poses, progressing towards backbends and inversions. Students will learn to safely navigate the stages of handstand and push their boundaries to explore the scorpion pose. This multi-level workshop ensures that challenging poses come with various stages and modifications for all levels.
Session Two: The second part of the workshop will delve into more advanced backbending postures, transitioning into restorative and supine poses to calm both the mind and body. The afternoon will conclude with soothing relaxation and meditation practices, fostering a sense of unity between body and mind.
