Victoria Riley
With a deep passion for all things yoga, Victoria incorporates the many aspects of mindful movement and breathwork into her daily life, both on the mat and off.
Her personal journey began over 10 years ago when she was searching for a way to calm the mind and find a more balanced, healthy and intentional approach to physical fitness. She found herself pleasantly surprised by the increased mental clarity, emotional wellness and spiritual connection she experienced as well.
Victoria is a RYT-200 Instructor and also holds additional trainings in Vinyasa, Restorative and Children’s Yoga.
