Yoga Journeys: Stories from the Mat, opens a window into what motivates everyday yoga practitioners to return to their mat again and again. By combining photographic imagery of the human form with memoir reflections about individual yoga journeys, this book encourages readers to drift into a light-filled room of possibility.

As we talked to yogis and they revealed their stories, we discovered reoccurring themes that drew people through the yoga door. Using the acronym YOGA, the stories fell into four categories.

The beauty of this book's imagery and heartfelt stories encourages readers to settle into a place of calm reflection. In essence, this book is beautiful in design and motivational in spirit.

As life's complexities compound and the maladies of stress and anxiety become our daily norm, the need for a mental, physical and spiritual practice grows. But in our technological age, what to do to lessen the impacts of stress is becoming more evasive just when it is needed the most.

The producers of this book have strived to communicate that no matter a person's age, shape, previous experience, ethnicity or challenges, yoga is a unique experiential journey available to everybody.

A yoga journey has no final destination.

It is a journey to yourself through yourself.

We want to invite you to a community social and book launch where you hear the stories, ideas, meet the authors, mingle, connect, and of course grab your own copy of the book to take home.

This is a free event and we will provide some light snacks and refreshments.  Please RSVP and the link to register is in the bio!
