Join Leena Joshi for this deep dive into the philosophy of mindfulness and practice of meditation.

Prepare to learn the theory, technique, and reflective nature of these ancient practices that are so valuable in our lives.

Each week you will learn:

  • How to implement mindfulness and meditation in your daily life and develop a home practice

  • Self-compassion practices

  • Dharma talks on different topics

  • Self-Inquiry into all of these practices and ideas

This mini-series will surely connect you to your body and mind while helping you engage fully in your life by investigating being present.
