Melt Into Stillness - Yin, Massage & Soundbath

Join us for a 90-minute restorative workshop designed to melt away stress and replenish your energy. Sarah will guide you through a calming Yin yoga practice with long, supported poses to ease tension, bring balance to the nervous system, and gently open different joints and tissues in the body. As you settle into each posture, Katarina will offer hands-on support using breathing cues, yoga props, and techniques such as massage, light touch, and gentle tapping to help release areas that feel resistant or overly tight.

Often, we are not fully aware of the tension we hold within. With Katarina’s guidance, you’ll learn to connect with these hidden areas, allowing for deeper awareness and relaxation. Throughout the practice, a continuous sound bath by Sarah will weave students through, soothing the mind, deepening presence, and amplifying the restorative effects. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and fully at ease in your body.

Meet Katarina Stofikova, Katarina's yoga classes focus on building strength from the inside out. Her classes start slowly and build progressively, focusing on form, alignment and moving with the breath. She draws on a detailed knowledge of anatomy and movement to help students connect within as she guides them safely through the practice. Katarina is an experienced yoga practitioner, a former professional athlete, and a certified pilates teacher. It was a back injury that led her to pilates and a focus on core yoga, which has become her passion. "Not only did pilates and connecting to my core help me with my lower back injury, but when I got back to my yoga practice I couldn’t believe how much my practice had changed."

 
 

Meet Sarah Martinez, a certified Yoga Teacher, Holistic Coach, and Reiki Practitioner. With a burning passion for yoga and personal development, Sarah is dedicated to guiding her clients toward harmony and inner peace. She brings extensive experience from running multiple group events and providing personalized 1:1 sessions. Through her deep understanding of yoga and holistic practices, Sarah empowers her students to enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Her coaching and yoga sessions are tailored to each individual, incorporating breathwork, meditation, and movement techniques. With her compassionate and attentive approach, Sarah enables clients to overcome challenges, reduce stress, and elevate their overall quality of life.
