Courtenay Chow

Courtenay lives in Surrey, British Columbia with her husband and two boys, Micah and Noah. She has been practising Iyengar yoga for over 18 and is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with the Iyengar Yoga Assosiation of Canada. Her favourite thing about her yoga practise are the moments of quiet and steadiness she can find within the asanas.

Courtenay also has a deep love of music and is a member of Aura Women’s Choir, a women's chamber choir operating out of White Rock, BC.
