Join Katarina to learn how to use self massage tools and techniques correctly to rehydrate your body, improve circulation, assist body’s ability to detoxify and gently massage some sore, tight areas to help release tension.

Many understand very well how important it is to stay well hydrated to stay healthy, to avoid injuries and keep body happy and well functioning. But not many of us know that drinking water is just not enough.Having stationary job and drinking 8 or more glasses of water won’t hydrate your body. Being active doing running, cycling, playing games, working out in gym etc. won’t hydrate body either and actually dehydrates body even more.

Keeping your body well hydrated requires specific movement technique and different tools like foaming roller, wooden dowel and massaging balls. Come and see how these practices can improve your life and leave you feeling amazing!
