Book a yoga therapy session or a private class with one of our highly trained teachers.
We will design a practice specifically for you to promote healing and wellness. Whether you are recovering from a motor vehicle accident or other injury, dealing with chronic pain, depression, stress, insomnia, or a chronic health issue, yoga can help. (Please check with your doctor or health care provider first to ensure that yoga is right for you.)
We also offer private bookings for group classes and special events. Yoga is a fun way to bond with friends, family or colleagues. Enjoy a yoga class together followed by tea.
Cost: $80/hour + tax (for privates or group classes)

Teachers and wellness practitioners, our beautiful studio space is available for rent during non-class times for your own private sessions or classes.
