Why Yoga?

Did you know that yoga is often referred to as the “fountain of youth” because there is clinical evidence that it slows the aging process? Other benefits include increased circulation, better flexibility, and a sense of well being. There are no quick fixes – however with patience, the rewards yoga offers you are great. Give yoga a chance, ideally three times a week for two weeks, and you may be pleasantly surprised to begin feeling some of the benefits that yoga offers, such as release of tension, reduced stress, and improved sleep.
