+ Advanced Flow.

This upbeat class is intended for intermediate to advanced students. Playfully explore your practice through breath linked movements, arm balances, inversions and traditional standing and seated postures.


+ Anusara Inspired.

This class incorporates inspiring themes with a focus on alignment to teach students how to move safely through poses while enhancing their connection to their deepest selves. Anusara is known for its therapeutic physical benefits and for its life affirming philosophy.

+ Candlelight Yoga.

Soothing music and soft lighting set the tone for this gentle, meditative class. Unwind as you move mindfully through gentle flowing postures and release tight muscles through longer seated postures. Rejuvenate your body and mind to start the weekend off right. Great for all levels.

+ Flow.

This invigorating class involves fast paced, flowing postures to get you moving and breathing. Some arm balances and inversions will be included. This practice will help you to reduce stress as you build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Recommended for students with some previous experience in yoga.

+ Gentle Flow.

Practice linking your breath with your movements as you flow through gentle standing and seated postures. Shed tension from your body and mind and release tight muscles through soft, flowing movements and postures that are easily accessible to all students. This class is suitable for beginner yoga students or advanced students who are looking for a more gentle practice.

+ Hatha.

Bring balance and focus to your day with this classical form of yoga. You will use a combination of conscious breath and physical postures to help relieve stress, improve your flexibility and clear your mind. This class moves more slowly than our flow classes and is a great place for beginners to learn and explore.

+ Pilates.

Build strength from the inside out, while increasing range of motion, and rebalancing your body in this mat pilates class. You will stretch, strengthen, tone, and align the body, while eliminating excess tension and strain on the spine and joints. This class is not suitable if you are pregnant, have had a full hip replacement or if you have a herniated or bulging disc. In these cases, please contact us for information on on-one-one therapeutic sessions.

+Weekend Bender.

Looking for a healthier way to spend your weekend? This "Bender" will be just as much fun but you end up feeling a heck of a lot better. Fun and fast paced, this class will feature modern music, and challenging sequences guaranteed to make you sweat!

+ Yin.

This gentle, meditative class deeply opens tight areas in the body and improves flexibility. Seated postures are held for several minutes each in order to stimulate and restore the health of the connective tissues and joints. Great for all levels.
