Yoga Nidra means 'yogic sleep'. In this practice, you will simply rest in savasana while you are guided into a state of deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra, based on ancient teachings, offers an opportunity to centre and quite yourself. It helps you disengage your mind from unhelpful thoughts and feelings allowing you to be more relaxed and happier in your life.

Studies show that 80% of our medical costs are stress related and over three quarters of the workforce report being burned out. This session changes the relationship we have to those life events that challenge us and allows us to react in healthier ways.

Mickey Rogers is a certified executive coach and yoga teacher. She has worked in the film and television industry as a producer and a consultant for the past 20 years and knows the pressures that many of us face.  She is passionate about helping her students live healthier and happier lives through yoga.
